What is considered vintage jewelry?

While we pride ourselves on sourcing the majority of our collection from the pre 1980s, jewelry is considered vintage when it is at least 20 years old. Jewelry is only considered antique once it is 100 years old. 

Where do you source your jewelry from?

We’ve spent years forming relationships with various vintage jewelry specialists, auctioneers and dealers around the world, more specifically Italy, France, United Kingdom and United States. These are people we trust and highly value for helping us find the best of the best. 

Are your pieces made of real gold?

Absolutely. We only sell solid yellow gold, white gold and platinum. Look for the gold carat quality in the product description which will be anywhere from 9K to 22K

Where are you located?

While Hail The Maison is currently online only, our HeadQuarters is based in New York. Should you like to discuss a pop-up or in-store brand collaboration - please reach out via email, we’d love to hear from you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. You can also checkout with Shop Pay, After Pay or Paypal.

Do you offer Layaway?

Yes we are pleased to offer layaway. Layaway payments are reserved for orders over $500 and are split into 4 payments across 12 weeks. Please email us to organize your layaway.

Do you offer resizing?

We are pleased to offer in-house resizing. If you'd like an upsize or downsize, please add our resize listing to your cart and include your preferred size in the notes section. For rings over $2000 resizing is included.  

Can you find a specific piece for me?

Oui, oui, it would be our greatest pleasure. We love nothing more than finding something unique and fit for you. Please contact us via the contact form with your requests.

Do you offer custom pieces?

How should I care for my jewelry?

When you buy an HTM piece we hope you’ll wear it everyday, forever. That said, all jewelry, no matter the material, needs to be treated with care. To ensure you get the most out of your pieces, avoid wearing them in workouts, sleep or any activity that could potentially expose your piece to damage.
