CUSTOM ENGAGEMENT RING Ts & Cs

- Custom orders are expected to take anywhere from 6-12 weeks from inquiry to finish.
- There are no refunds or returns for any custom order once the process has begun. 
- $2500 deposit required to begin any custom project

- The client will receive renders/designs of the ring before production, at which they will be allowed one round of adjustments. Drastic adjustments past this point may incur an additional design fee. 

- Final amount must be paid on completion of the ring and prior to shipping. 
- For receipt of the ring the client is expected to pay for express UPS shipping to the maximum of $150 (this includes insurance cover for the ring)
